You can change your MT4 password and/or your Client Portal password, directly from the My Profile section under the Home tab. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgotten your Password? link on the login page.
Check your internet connection is working and re-enter your Login and Password. Please also check that you have typed in the correct server name; ADSSecurities-Live2 or ADSSecurities-Demo2. If you continue to see the message “invalid account”, please contact Customer Support.
A monthly statement will be sent to your registered email address at the end of each calendar month. In addition, you will be emailed a statement on a daily basis if there is any activity on your account.
Account details can be edited from the client portal in the section ‘My details’. If you are changing your address, you will need to provide appropriate proof of address documentation.
If you would like to close your account at any time, we will simply need to see written confirmation either in the form of an email or a letter. There are no charges for termination of an account.
